WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
​
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director who wants to build on your career with a little more flexibility to find the right work/life balance. An all-rounder with more than four years’ experience in a brand design studio or creative agency, a passion for creating great work for a variety of interesting clients, the desire for independence and to grow personally.
You will have the personality and gravitas to build strong relationships, with absolutely no ego to boot. This is also a great opportunity over time, to help to grow the business, culture and ways of working from the grass roots upInitially we’re offering freelance or fixed term contracts, with flexible, hybrid working.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
​
You will lead different workstreams, often independently, building strong relationships with clients and being responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of projects. You will work with the BAGGI team from strategy through to concept, development and activation across key channels. Juggling different projects at the same time, you will be required to maintain good communication and plan with a clear focus on setting the team up for success.
You will need to communicate and discuss concepts and plans to various internal and external audiences regularly. You’ll also be responsible for taking feedback from various stakeholders and drive the development of work to ensure that it is delivered on time and budget.
Our clients operate in both the consumer and corporate brand worlds: from charity to retail, place branding to plant-based foods. You could be working on a number of these including any exciting new business opportunities we have.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
​
You will report to and work closely with the founder and collaborate with designers, writers and strategists. You will also work with and commission other creative specialists in illustration, photography, typography, animation and film.
Naturally you will partner clients, providing an independent, trusted voice, whilst at the same feeling like an extension of the client’s team. You may also need to work with the client’s other partner agencies that specialise in different disciplines.

WHAT YOU BRING TO BAGGI
​

Great people and interpersonal skills. This includes a strong ability to listen, communicate well, bring the best out of the team and our relationships with clients

4 years experience of account management in a branding or creative agency, or similar environment, ideally working with corporate or consumer brands

A self-starter, with a natural ability for problem solving
-
Good understanding of the process involved in producing high quality, effective design
-
Experience in managing creative partners and third parties to help deliver the best creative work we possibly can

Well thought through client and project planning that delivers projects efficiently – on time and on budget

The guardian of the brief – making sure the design solution meets the strategy of the brand, the client objectives for the project and the creative vision

The ability to develop and communicate clearly articulated proposals to clients and convert them into live projects

An eye for a new opportunity that truly benefits our clients and BAGGI. Not selling for the sake of it.

Attention to detail: you’ve got high standards and make accuracy a priority

Good financial management skills and the confidence to negotiate where necessary

The experience to help with forecasting, invoicing and day-to-day financial requirements
